    With Twitter, it is really easy to get off-topic. If I click on a tweet, then a comment thread…and an hour later, I don’t remember what or why I clicked on there in the first place. Also, it can be a super negative space. In today’s current political climate, it feels somewhat dangerous to have an opinion. Easy to get attacked for taking a position on anything. It doesn’t even have to be political.

    I honestly thought Twitter was dead. Is it not?

    • Pat Flynn June 9, 2020 at 5:19 pm #

      Define dead.

      @Pat Flynn think of myspace.

      Nope. Twitter is alive and actively well. I use it daily. It provides a ton of value. Maybe dead for some, as we shouldn’t be on all the platforms!

      @Pat Flynn I’m going to take a stab at a few of the tactics you spoke about today. How many platforms are to many for a social media team of 1 to conquer?

    Hello Pat

    One thing I would recommend is to actually include your URL link “within your BIO” in addition to below your BIO (or even a different link). When people hover their mouse over your profile link when you tweet/reply or from follower/following/like/retweet/follow suggestion lists, they can click on your link directly from your BIO instead of having to visit your profile page to see your link. I absolutely guarantee it will get you more website visitors. (example of what I do – https://twitter.com/LarryWentz )
