This episode was very meaningful to me. I’ve been hesitant to recognize my “super-powers”. But we all have them. What have people said you’re good at? Which of these abilities would you enjoy doing more of in the future? And how can you phrase these super-powers so that they resonate with you and the people you hope to serve? This was a great series of exercises. I have Will It Fly? and the companion course. But hearing it LIVE from Pat helped so much.

#teamreplay I’m a 3 too. My superpower is I love to help others solve their problems, Help other succeed . I love to innovate. I’m horrible at finishing. (Right now I should be finishing up a classroom phonics games but…..uggggghhhh. I’ve created it and now I have to make the support pages like directions and credits pages. Booooorrrringgg.) but the only way I can get it out into the world is to do the boring stuff and just the thought of someone getting a win from something I create is worth the pain.
