Biggest takeaway: The only thing you can really “own” is your customer for life…a relationship.
Everything else can be culturally lost, taken away, etc. So powerful.

Relationship, relationship, relationship = customer for life. And to do this you need to be the attractive character. This is the message I get loud and clear out of the Marketing Secrets newsletter (which I love). And as a result, I am about to start my own paid physical newsletter (which is scary because I don’t want to be married to a newsletter for the rest of my life).
