Thanks to you that’s why we had one call calling all artist it’s been helping us a lot to see the group Podcast check it out let me know what you think thank you for your help
I just don’t have time for podcasts unfortunately but watching snippets from the discussion. It’s a great way to build a fan base.
Love this, Pat. Definitely guilty of a couple of these 😛 But like you said, these things don’t have to stop us. Everyone has an audience somewhere!
Thanks for this Pat!!! This is so incredibly helpful.
love this info, I have just started a podcast called “Minds of a epileptic” using a lot of your techniques it is a solo podcast it is my first ever podcast. i do worry how it will go being a person that suffers from epilepsy myself, its time we educate society better. because the ignorance and steriotyping towards it is still unbelievable even in 2022. im unsure how far i can get it with it being i choose to keep it unscripted and real. from a mind of a epile[tic. but with me sounding druged up because of my meds. i worry no one will care. or listen much. as i will have trouble marketing myself. and miss haps will happen.
Fell asleep listening to probably my 50th pitch your podcast last night so I didn’t get to vote. But I also didn’t get to listen to them all, there were so many! Can’t wait for the announcement of the winners tomorrow.
I believe your top reason holds true for lots of businesses! I know of several folks who I believe were on the cusp of HUGE success … but it just didn’t happen fast enough for them and they gave up. As usual, I think you are spot on.
Thanks for the tips Pat I’m in the process of starting my show and this was alot of good advice!!!
Love the episode, Pat! Your insight inspired me to go to real-time speed rather than the 2x. Yes, I admit, I am a fast listener, however, when something pulls me into the podcast, then I go, “Wait. What did they say?” and I rewind. Your sessions are rewind-worthy, Pat!
Thank you for this Pat and thank you for coming on my show back in 2020! I am really excited to take GHPod to the next level this year and some of your points today really spoke to me! Will be implementing these going forward! Thank you for always being such a valuable resource!
Love your pod man <3!
Thank you Dave! I remember that, it was so much fun, and I hope we can connect again soon my friend! I appreciate you! We need to talk about Mario Kart!
@1 Hour Hero Thank you!!
@Pat Flynn I have a lot of things that have been cooking! Let’s talk!
Thanks! Launching a bee Podcast about life at 40 + and narrowing content down has been the biggest piece of it all.
Thank you. My overall topic is narrow, but I see I have laid out a big series. So some refinement is needed. Great tips Pat.
Nice video Pat! As a podcast consultant and mastermind leader, going too broad is so common. I’ve fallen into this trap as well. It’s my greatest struggle pulling people through the fog into clarity on their niche.
I have a channel rather than a podcast but this was still totally applicable. Great video! Thanks
I’m not sure if this helps, but I’ve found releasing shorter episodes (20-30 minutes max) has brought me more listeners. People only have so much time in the day and a two-hour podcast will be very off-putting. A shorter one means a better chance of consumption.
